How to get to quick start for badminton,
let's begin with grip a badminton racket correctly.
* First see the Pic A for forehand grip.
Pic A
The key point is don't do it like Pic B.
Pic B
Please compare with Pic A Angle 2, and you will see the different.
Try your best to hold the racket as Angle 2 when you hit the ball.
you can adjust a little angle between these two grip to find your best point.
Why we must do this i will explain below.
* Let's see the backhand grip.
When you use this backhand grip to hit the ball in backhand side,
you will need to use your thumb, and what happened if you do like Pic B.
Try to do this, you will found you can't use your powder with your thumb,
because your thumb is in the side of the racket.
So that's the one of the important reason we need to do as Pic A, please compare again.
* OK, now we know the forehand grip and backhand grip,
we need to use it for forehand hitting and backhand hitting.
The key point for hitting as below.
1. Relax when you didn't shot, don't use too much power to grip the racket.
and use all your powder to grip it at the moment when you hitting the ball.
only that moment.
If you know how to do this, will save many of your powder,
and you can use only small powder to hit the ball for very long distance.

2. Put up your wrist. Please see the GIF Pic C again .
use this part of your thumb.
don't use the end of the thumb
4. Practice,practice and practice!
not only for hitting but also the changing speed between forehand grip and backhand grip
That's all for today, thanks for reading.
